✔ Participation Fee: 125 AZN (approximately 74 USD / 3000 TRY)
✔ Publication of two papers

🔹 Online Participation 
✔ Participation Fee: 90 AZN / 53 USD / 2200

🎓 Discounted Packages for Students:
✔ Single Paper Participation – only for students: 30 AZN /  18 USD / 715 TRY
✔ Double Paper Participation – only for students: 50 AZN / 30 USD / 1200 TRY

🔹 University Staff Listener Participation (teachers and students)
✔ Participation Fee: 50 AZN / 30 USD / 1200 TRY
✔ Certificate of attendance

💡 Note:

• ✔ The fee is determined based on the selected package. Your registration will be activated once the payment is confirmed. You should pay after your article acceptance mail. You will get detailed mail about payment and payment instruction.
• ✔ To benefit from the student discount, a valid student ID or an official document from your university must be provided.
• ✔ With sending article you should share your ID for invoice making.
• ✔ Even if the work has two authors, only one payment is required. It is sufficient for one of the authors to make the payment.
• ✔ If the work is co-authored with a student (and the other author is a faculty member or staff), the payment should be made according to the degree of the person who will make the payment.
• ✔ To pay the fee, you should choose AZN or USD account and move to near bank. After paying, you should send the bill to us by e-mail.
